Backup and Synchronize Your Contacts, Pictures, SMS and Calendar with ZYB

I registered on d ZYB website & i was sent their settings which i saved immediately.when i tried to start d synchronizatn i kept getting a message dat says contact database cant be opened.wat do u think is d problem?

D phone is Nokia 5320 xpressmusic.it is a s60 3rd edition, 3G phone.
Azeez, on your phone, go to Tools -> Sync -> ZYB -> Edit Sync Profile -> Applications -> Contacts -> Remote database. In “Remote Database”, ensure that what is there is:

I got the settings from zyb but got a error message saying I had to delete a data bank as there wasn’t enough space.I did that but now cant get hold of the synchronization settings.The phone is a sony ericsson k800i.
i lost my data on mobile and restored from ZYB, only contact & notes will restored….SMS data not restored…data is very imporatant for me…plz. help me in this regards….
Ajay, backup and restore of SMS is an extra or premium service by ZYB, to the best of my knowledge. It is not included in the standard free service. The same goes for pictures.
